Courts are open to hear emergency Guardianship and Mental Hygiene Law applications. If you believe that your loved one is at risk of harm, please contact us to discuss.
Small Business Planning and Guidance
We can assist with business succession planning, shareholder disputes, and business transactions. We are also continuously monitoring available resources for small businesses from NYC and the Federal Small Business Administration and working on expeditiously resolving how to get grants, loans, or other funding to keep your business afloat during this period. We can also assist with resolved shareholder disputes, strategic transactions, employment issues
Probate and Estate Administration
If your family member has died with a Will, or without a Will, and left assets that need to be transferred or an estate that needs to be administered, Courts are accepting applications by mail. Courts are also accepting e-filed applications. We will work with you to gather your documents, prepare the paperwork, and submit all to the Court for processing and issuance of Letters of Administration or Letters Testamentary.
Estate Litigation.
Although Courts are closed, they are granting relief for emergency applications. If an executor or trustee has stolen from the estate, we can help you get those assets back.
